Returns & Refunds Policy
At Peterson's Lab, we handle all inquiries on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand by the quality of our tested and proven products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Each request is treated fairly and reasonably. We believe that by treating our customers with fairness and respect, we will receive the same in return.
No quality issues:

Unused products can be returned within 15 days for a refund;

Used products are not eligible for a refund;

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
With quality issues:

Please provide photos or videos as evidence;

Once verified, we will accept the return and issue a full refund.
CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES
Customers in Malaysia are fully responsible for any customs-related charges, including but not limited to Customs Taxes, Import Duties, Sales and Service Tax (SST), and Administrative Fees. Since customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting the Royal Malaysian Customs Department in advance to avoid potential issues.
CUSTOMS REFUSAL
We are not responsible for packages rejected by Malaysian customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to Peterson's Lab, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related problems.
QUALITY CONCERNS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at judy@corday.tech within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photo(s) or video showing the issue. Prompt communication helps us resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has been lost or mishandled by the courier, we will arrange a replacement for you. Please first contact the courier using your tracking number, as they may be able to locate the shipment or provide proof of delivery. Once you have confirmation that the package was misdelivered, reach out to our support team by email (judy@corday.tech).
EXCHANGES
We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.
RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to hygiene reasons, all Peterson's Lab products are non-returnable. We also do not accept cancellations for incorrect orders. Please double-check your order before placing it.
